How often should I breastfeed my baby?

We recommend responsive feeding –  it simply means responding to your baby’s feeding cues and feeding them whenever and for as long as they want. Remember that growth spurts can increase your baby’s need to feed. If you’re breastfeeding, feeding responsively also applies to when mum feels the need to give a feed.
